Pasta&Fish – Great Event to Celebrate Sicilian Excellences
Sicilian excellences as pasta, produced with ancient grains, organic tomatoes and
freshly-caught fish, are protagonists of cooking shows led by Siciliana Michelin Star chefs and
delicious dishes prepared on sight by six well-renomated restaurants participating to
Pasta and fish, simple ingredients of Sicilian cuisine are “main characters” of this
kermis organized by My Sicily Wedding and Events, in collaboration with Bruno
Ribadi Craft Beers .
This remarkable three-day event took place at the end of September at the Palazzo
d’Aumale Museum in Terrasini, a touristic fishing village just few chilometers from
Palermo. The museum, a late 1800 wine complex created by Henri d’Aumale
d’Orleans, son of the king of France, offers a stunning event scenario located on the
Three days of conferences, debates, food, wine and beer, very appreciated by guests
and numerous participiants that have taken part to this extraordinary gastronomic
experience. Not only food but also music and entertainment for the great success of
this late Summer, leading event.
“This”, says Giuseppe Biundo, owner of the Bruno Ribadi Craft Beer Company and
promoter of the event, “is only a preview of “Macarìa” a more relevant and
articulated event that will take place in 2020”.
